This contest ("Contest") is sponsored by On Point Market Research Group ("OPMRG"). OPMRG, their respective officers, employees, partners, Clients (as hereinafter identified) contractors, agents and/or representatives shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as "OPMRG Related Parties." Except where prohibited by law, OPMRG may collect, use and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter to administer the Contest, for prize fulfillment, and to communicate with you about products and upcoming promotions. Eligibility: This Contest is open to legal U.S. residents; however, it is void where prohibited by law or where applicable state regulatory and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Persons under 21 years of age, employees of OPMRG and OPMRG Related Parties and their respective immediate family members, and prior winners of the Contest are not eligible. Contest Period & ENTRY: The Contest begins on October 16th, 2023 at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time ("EST") and ends on November 05th, 2023 at 11:59 pm EST. To enter for a chance to win, participants must complete an official entry form via a touch screen computer or tablet at events sponsored by OPMRG throughout the United States. Entries in violation of these rules or which contain errors, are incomplete, or are mechanically reproduced may not be accepted at OPMRG's discretion.

Grand Prize: One (1) “A Dream Day” Attraction package which includes: four (4) tickets to two (2) separate eligible attractions of winners’ choice! Eligible attractions to choose from include Angry Birds Mini Golf, Black Light Mini Golf, Mirror Maze, Tilt Museum, The Rink or Geoffrey’s Express Train Ride. All eligible attractions are located at American Dream entertainment & retail center located at 1 American Dream Way, East Rutherford, NJ 07073 only. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from a list of eligible participants. The drawing will be contacted via telephone or email on or around November 05th, 2023. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize Package is $600. Selected dates may apply. This contest ("Contest") is sponsored by On Point Market Research Group ("OPMRG"). Estimated odds of winning are 1 in 10,000. Actual odds of winning depend on eligible entries received. Prize subject to change without notice; may be substituted with prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability.

Winner Selection: 1 drawing to be held on or about November 05th, 2023 ("Prize Drawing Date"). The Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entrants by random drawing. Up to four (4) alternate winners for the Prize may also be selected. The Prize Winner will be notified by email and/or a telephone call within approximately fifteen (15) days from the Prize Drawing Date. If the Winner fails to comply with these Rules, does not respond within five (5) days of OPMRG's attempt to notify, fails to return the Liability Release (see below) and, where lawful, the Publicity Release (see below) to OPMRG within the required time, or fails to meet obligations as set forth herein, the prize will be forfeited to an alternate winner, who is subject to disqualification in the same manner. Alternative winners (if any) will be selected (if at all) in the order they were drawn. The winner need not be present to win. The winner will be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release. All federal, State or other tax liabilities will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not transferable.

Publication of Winner: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes agreement for OPMRG to use winner's name, photographs and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes (without review, approval or notification of winner) and in all forms of media, without compensation. Any use of robotic, automatic or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Contest entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email (person assigned the email address by service provider) used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Rules, the decision or interpretation of OPMRG shall prevail. OPMRG shall have the right to disqualify any entries that OPMRG believes in sole discretion are fraudulent or otherwise improper or tainted (however, OPMRG shall have no obligation to identify such entries). Warning: any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is actionable.

Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Arbitration: Neither OPMRG nor any OPMRG Related Parties shall be responsible for or liable for: (i) misdirected or incomplete entries; (ii) telephone, network, Internet or computer malfunctions or transmission failures of any kind; (iii) any events beyond OPMRG's control that cause Contest to be disrupted or corrupted. By participating, entrants release, discharge and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the OPMRG Related Parties from and against any and all claims (including, without limitation, claims based on publicity rights, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy), demands, liabilities, costs or expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees) for any damages, injury or losses, to any person (including death), of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this Contest or the acceptance or misuse of any prize, including any merchandise as applicable. By participating, entrants waive any right to ambiguity in the Rules. OPMRG's failure to enforce any provision of the Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Rules shall be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

The Rules and Contest will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without giving effect to any conflicts of law rules.
